• UpTime is Calculated against Daily and Monthy Targets.
    • From the UpTime Charts below, choose Menu-Edit-UpTime.
    • If the Daily Hours is set to Zero (0):
      • the 'HeartBeat' is not displayed on the Client and
      • the 'Average' is used on UpTime Charts as the Target.

  • The Client displays a Small 'HeartBeat' in the top, left corner.
    • The 'HeartBeat' is a Percentage of Productivity at every Moment (Minute)
      and is Measured throughout the Workday against the Daily Target.
      • If your Current Productivity is at or above the Target, the 'HeartBeat' is Green.
      • If your Current Productivity drops below the Target, the 'HeartBeat' changes to Yellow.
      • If your Current Productivity drops below 20% (Standard Deviation), the 'HeartBeat' changes to Red.
    • You can View a Larger 'HeartBeat' to easily see from across the room.
    • You can even View a Largest 'HeartBeat' to completely fill your computer screen.
    • The 'HeartBeat' is also diplayed on your Cell Phone.

  • UpTime is Displayed for the Month against Daily and Monthy Targets (Bar Chart).
    • If your Hours met or exceeded your Daily Target, the Bar is Green.
    • If your Hours drop below the Target, the Bar changes to Yellow.
    • If your Hours drop below 20% (Standard Deviation), the Bar changes to Red.
    • If your Hours are Zero (0) (a non-work day), the Bar is Black.
  • You may also view ALL UpTime Monthly Records:
    • in an Excel Spreadsheet (if available), or
    • in Notepad (if not).

  • UpTime is also Displayed in an Accumulated Monthly Total (Gantry Chart).
    • The Same Daily Green-Yellow-Red-Black colors are used as in the Bar Chart.
    • The Blue Line represents your Monthly Target (or Goal).
    • The Current Hours UP (Green) or DOWN (Red) is displayed as well.
  • You may also view ALL UpTime Monthly Records:
    • in an Excel Spreadsheet (if available), or
    • in Notepad (if not).

  • UpTime is also Displayed in a Daily Chart showing each Line, Starts and Stops.
    • The Total Hours for the day (measured from the Sensors) is displayed at the top.
    • The Total Hours for each Line are displayed on the left, with the Bars displaying actual Runtime.
    • The UpTime Daily Chart shows the Lines for the current Client View.
      • To View Lines 17-32 for example, first choose that View on the Client
        before opening the UpTime Daily Chart.
